Gonzalo JIMÉNEZ-SEMINARIO is Professor of Corporate Governance, Strategic Innovation and Family Business at University Católica de Chile.
Formerly, he directed the Family Governance Centers of two top business schools of Latin America.
Gonzalo is Founding Partner at PROTEUS, a strategy & governance consulting firm (est. 1995) advising large business groups in Latin America. He is non-executive director of three family business groups and advisor to the Chilean Association of Entrepreneurs.
Prof Magdalena Díaz Le-Fort
Board member and former Managing Director of theChilean-India Chamber of Commerce
Magdalena Díaz Le-Fort is an Economic Historian holding first class degrees from both Universidad Finis Terrae and a Master in Economic Development from Universidad de Salamanca (Spain). Her studies included a stint at the Research & Information System for Developing Countries (RIS) Institute in India reading “International Economic Issues & Development Policy”. In 2016, United Nations selected her as a regional leader to receive advanced training in "Foresight for Sustainable Development Goals”. Currently, she is completing a Certificate in Family Business Governance at the Family Firm Institute (US).
