Corporate Governance Insight is a bi-annual blind reviewed journal bearing eISSN 2582-0834 with the objective of promoting and disseminating new knowledge and research in Corporate Governance and other allied areas. The Journal seeks to provide a platform for academia, professionals, researchers and business community to share research and experiential insights in the area of corporate governance, corporate social responsibility, corporate finance, financial markets, reporting practices, auditing and accounting disclosures, ESG framework, sustainable business and other related areas. The journal is indexed in Google scholar, Jgate, i-Scholar and member Crossref. Our editorial board includes eminent people in field of academia and practicing professionals listed below:

Corporate Governance Insight invites original research-based papers and cases for its Issue 1 of Vol 6 (June 2024), in the areas mentioned at the top. Contributions can be of theoretical or empirical nature. Manuscript submitted shall be original work which has not been previously published or submitted for publication elsewhere.

Author Guidelines

The author should submit the soft copy of the manuscript at https://grfcg.in/jr-online-article-submission/ latest by 30th April 2024 for Vol 6, Issue 1.
The manuscript should be accompanied by:

  1. A declaration by the authors that shall be signed by all the authors and must accompany the manuscript as a separate file, in the format provided on page 3 of this document.

A Blind Manuscript: Upload a manuscript without author’s name, designation, official address, contact address, phone/ fax numbers and e-mail address or any other information disclosing the authorship. All information related to authorship should only be placed in the submission form provided on the website. 

Title of the manuscript: Place the title of the manuscript above the abstract in non mathematical and less than twenty four words. 

Abstract: A structured, non-mathematical,  self-contained and citation-free abstract of about 350 words, in the following subheading is required

  • Purpose
  • Research Design/Methodology/Approach
  • Findings
  • Originality/value
  • Implications

Keywords: Four to five keywords with JEL classification below the abstract. Please refer the link to check the appropriate JEL classification https://www.aeaweb.org/econlit/jelCodes.php

Introduction:  This section must have no heading. Subsequent headings to be set in ‘bold’ letters and shall not be lettered or numbered.

Headings: Clear and brief headings with first letter capitalised.

Body of Text: The recommended length of the article is  3500 to 7500 words including figures and tables typed with 12-point font in Times New Roman on “8.5 x 11” (A-4) size papers with 1.5 inch margin on all four sides and spacing between lines being 1.15 line. Headings – 14 point font size, Sub-Headings – 12 point font size, Headings to be set in ‘bold’ letters and shall not be lettered or numbered or capitalised. The same pattern should be followed in the entire paper.

Tables/ Figures: All figures, images, tables, etc., should be embedded into the original file, numbered and captioned properly. They shall be self-contained and complement, not duplicate, information contained in the text. Tables should be supplied as editable files, not pasted as images. Legends should be concise but comprehensive – the table, legend, and footnotes must be understandable without reference to the text.

Authors using questionnaires should include a copy of the questionnaire along with the manuscript in a separate file.

Quotations: Quotations of four lines or more should be indented and types in single space. Shorter quotations should be included in the body of the text.

Mathematical notations:  should be clearly typed. Check the layout of mathematical expressions especially alignment, centering, length of fraction lines and type, position and closure of brackets.

References: References shall not be numbered and shall be in the same format as the article, not an embedded file of some other format like MS EXEL. Authors are responsible for ensuring that the information in each reference is complete and accurate. All references should follow APA VI format. References should be placed at the end of the manuscript with the help of the MS word ^ References using insert citation under the citation and bibliography tab. The list should mention only those sources cited in the text of the manuscript. All references must be arranged alphabetically and citations of in text references should include the author’s name, and year of publication and should be identified using numbers in square brackets (e.g., “as discussed by Smith (2005) [9]”; “as discussed elsewhere [9, 10]”).

Anonymity: Nowhere in the body of the paper, the name or affiliation of author(s) be written in explicit or implicit form.

The Manuscripts not confirming to the guidelines will not be considered for publication. Authors may also be requested to modify and otherwise improve the manuscript to meet the standards of contents, presentation, and style of the Journal if necessary before the publication of the Journal. Please ensure that Manuscript has been ‘spell checked’ and ‘grammar checked’. Authors are responsible for ensuring that they have not duplicated an article already published or accepted.

The Foundation is being established with the objective of providing a platform for academicians, researchers, professionals, corporate, and practitioners to discuss, deliberate, disseminate and further the issues related to education which includes corporate governance and areas allied thereto.
