The GRFCG is a platform for all those who have an active interest and involvement in the field of corporate governance and allied areas. Our membership is designed to help the members in upgrading their existing knowledge which would facilitate them to improve their research, teaching and consulting activities by providing some special benefits in the events and activities of the foundation.

Membership Benefits

Becoming a part of global network of researchers and professionals in the field of corporate
Access to all database and latest research work of GRFCG available through the website of
Opportunity to participate in all events organized by GRFCG (like Conferences, Workshops, Seminars, ) at a concessional rate.
Complimentary copy of journal of GRFCG and communications regarding events, call for papers and newsletter of the foundation.
Significant opportunities to develop teaching skills, research aptitudes, developing leadership skills and being considered to be a part of panel of
Priority attendance at the events hosted by the foundation.

Types of Membership

Individual Membership

Open to individuals either employed by or engaged in full or part time study in any accredited university or educational institution. Further classified into two:

Associate Members (Platinum)
Associate Members (Golden)

Membership fees for the above two types of members are as follows:

Associate Members (Platinum) Duration 10 years	10,000 INR	PAY NOW
Associate Members (Golden) Duration 5 years	7,500 INR	PAY NOW
Associate Member (From outside India) duration 5 years	300 USD	PAY NOW

Institutional Membership

Educational or research institutions from across the globe can apply for GRFCG membership to avail the various benefits of GRFCG. Multiple representatives from member institutions can avail access to database and other benefits of membership. Membership fees INR 15,000 for 5 years.

Corporate Membership

Companies, enterprises, rating agencies and professionals are also welcome to be members of the GRFCG. Such members will also get priority for attendance at events, sponsorship opportunities and speaking engagements. Membership fees INR 15,000 for 5 years.

Though corporate entities and professionals are strongly committed to corporate governance, GRFCG does not endorse or verify corporate governance practices of its members.

Institutional Membership (Global Research Collaborators)

Under this category of membership, educational and research institutes, NGO’s, Corporate enterprises from across the globe are welcome to mark their contribution in encouraging research in Corporate Governance and allied areas by collaborating with GRFCG in its endeavors to enhance quality research in the area by way of seminars, conferences , publications, research projects and best practices awards. Multiple representatives from these institutions can avail access to database and research findings and other benefits of membership. Collaboration contribution is INR 2,00,000 for 20 years.
