About the 2nd International Conference

The global pandemic has impacted the operations as well as structure of businesses across nations in a short span of two years. The organisations have reformed their way of working in each function of management. With changed management understandings, this conference intends to map the transformation brought up in the organisation’s corporate governance framework as well as novelty in the functioning of organisations concerning innovative management activities. Inevitably, the pandemic triggered the need for integrating management and governance functions with technology to sustain and do business. There has been a paradigm shift in the governance and administrative framework which need to be positioned under the purview of research for wider coverage. Buzz words like ‘work from home’ and ‘social distancing’ dominated every workplace throughout the world. Featuring this new ecosystem of doing businesses and governing corporate houses, the 2nd International Conference of GRFCG is themed ‘Revisiting Business and Corporate Governance.
